Capstone Rotation in the ER

My last semester in the nursing program! That's pretty exciting. I am currently working at the ER in Mountain View Hospital in Payson under a preceptor and I absolutely love it. So far I have worked in many different units (ICU, Med-Surg, Pediatrics, L&D, OR, Psychiatric, and Geriatric) and I feel that the ER best suits my personality. I love the rush of working with expectation of the unexpected. Just never know when it gets busy and when it doesn't. Just gotta take the bull by the horns and step up to the plate. There are a variety of patients with a variety of illnesses/injuries. It's also been great practice for putting in IVs on the patients. I love pricking people! just kidding.
