I had a job interview on Tuesday for a cardiac/telemetry cluster nursing position and on thursday I recieved a call from them that I got the job! Crazy how fast it happened! I actually thought that I didn't do too well at the interview. One of the most importants things is how we present ourselves at the interview. I gave a firm handshake and the one interview commented on the good handshake. Well I couldn't accept the offer until my interview for icu/IMC postion on Friday. Well today I got a call from them and I was offered the second job! nice! I feel so special. So I decided to accept the icu/IMC job because I am more interested in working those units and Jeremy is starting a new 50/50 program for new nurses by allowing us to work every other month day and night shifts! how great is that since usually new nurses have to start working all night shifts. I'm so lucky! They just decided to start doing this! I can't believe this is all happening. I am actually going out into the real life and making the big bucks! *Tim, how ya feel about dating a suga mama...can't complain huh?- wink wink* I won't be starting work until Feb because I will be in PHilly before that.
