Preparing for Chinese New Years!

Chinese New Years is one of my favorite holidays because us kids not only get good and delectable dishes filled with sweet and succulent aroma but also the nice bills neatly tucked in red lucky envelopes. Wooohoo it is time to celebrate! Besides all the fun stuff my parents burn incenses and pay our respects to our ancestors. We also burn hell bank notes and silver/gold notes so that it will be transferred to our ancestors. Well gotta get off to eat some good food! Gong Hei Faat Choi!
